Illustrator, Graphic Designer and Creative Soul

The arts has always been a rewarding venue and passion of Christopher’s as it brought out his desire to use each day to learn and create. Inspired by his creative parents who painted/sketched in various mediums and played musical instruments, it led him to music, drama, digital art and traditional art.

This passion of his followed him throughout his childhood and malleable years in high-school and then university where he eventually flourished in teaching various subjects while specializing in art lessons in classrooms across the world. His time specifically in an elementary school in Kenya was where he learned creativity is a universal language, and that the potential each child has is inspiring. By helping others realize art is not just an expression of oneself, but a process that should be taken with patience, courage and care is his fuel to persevere.

By taking these skills and passion, Christopher after his years of teaching enrolled in Advanced Graphic Design at Mohawk College where he focused on integrated traditional illustration. Upon graduating in April of 2020, he received honours in his advanced diploma which was a very proud moment.

Christopher is currently a member of the graphic design team at BGI Retail where he is learning the importance of customer demand and communication.
